We do not wash our hands with our clients and move on. We manage the early stages of our client’s new customer accounts to make sure that they optimize the service, and are happy with their experience but more importantly become loyal repeat business for our clients.

The early stages of the relationship, the first few dates some might say, of a new client account are crucial. We want to make sure that initial spark is there to fuel years of future relationship. 

We help place service orders, answer questions and queries, provide competitive deals to give us the upper edge. The client also wants us to manage their current customers, so we are also making sure we keep more loyal accounts alive. The biggest mistakes big companies make is becoming consumed by new customers, and not looking after current customers. Our job is to fill the void of that.

Our main interactions on behalf of clients are face-to-face with individuals from the corporate sphere. When we are dealing with business owners and executives we believe that professionalism can make or break a relationship.
